This TTA enables Battlefield Functional Area (BFA) processor and Personal Computers to interface with the Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) system. It emulates the functions of the TA-1042A Digital Non-Secure Voice Terminal and KY-68 Digital Subscriber Voice Terminal (except encryption) or can interface with their data ports and operate through these terminals.
